WeWork Proposal

Brookfield has a long history of creating, delivering and managing premium developments in the world’s most prestigious locations. In Sydney, the restoration of historic Shell House is poised to be the crowning jewel of the flagship Wynyard Place development. Keen to inject new life into this landmark, Brookfield wanted to present itself as a likeminded partner for co-working company WeWork and align with its audience of creatively minded professionals looking to share not just office space, but a sense of community. We were tasked with giving WeWork a memorable first welcome to Australia’s shores.

We produced a custom-made pack of collateral designed to position Shell House as the natural home for the creative, agile, forward-looking WeWork community. The packaging needed to make a great first impression, be functionally sound, and reflect the value of thinking differently, something both WeWork and Brookfield hold important. By using hand-cutting and laminating techniques, we elevated the humble cardboard box to bespoke crafted ‘vessel’. This raw-but-refined aesthetic not only built anticipation, but helped set the tone for what’s to come in the renewed Shell House.
