In a long-standing partnership with Optus, the brand was continually refined to stay relevant, distinct, and future-focused. This evolution elevated the role of ‘Yes’ to represent the network itself, transforming it from a tagline into a unifying brand symbol.
Foundational systems were clarified, and the expression was revitalised through new photography and a distinctive illustration style developed in collaboration with Petra Eriksson. The work added personality and cohesion to the brand across every touchpoint. Just eighteen months after the evolution launched, Optus was recognised as Australia’s strongest brand — a reflection of the clarity, consistency and creative strength behind the transformation.
